There’s some really big news around camp. It’s something I’m very excited to share with you. That news is the release of Letters from camp season 1.
But, it can change and be adaptive as you change and grow. Since after all this all about a process of being more aware and in tune. It’s about the learning process to be understanding of yourself and surrounds just as much as the healing.
While of course we always strive for success no matter what we are doing. Whether it’s in the field or any walk of life. Still all those stories we build around failure just sort of bind up us. They keep us sitting in safety of the surroundings we have already mastered.
“I know each of you on this bus carrying something” he would say. “At the end of the day my route take me past the river. There is something I would like do for each of you. As you exit the bus I will be sitting here with my hand extended. It is my hope that you take those burdens off of your shoulders and place them in my hand.”
Introduce yourself to the amazing person that lays within. Allow him to grown from inside out. To meet the sun sitting high in the sky. This will warm the soul and guide you along the path.
Meditation in the wild can one of most solid ways to build you practice. Just the surrounds their self serve as an invitation to tap in the stillness and peace. Wether it’s sitting along the riverbank just watching the current flow, or sitting up against a tree has the grass rustles in the wind. There’s nothing more calming. Than Mother Nature herself
We all have come from somewhere, which means we carry history with us. Both good and bad memories and events are stored within the pages of our life. So why run away from them? or even try to deny we lived through them. The purpose of a healing journey isn’t about washing them from the page. It’s about tapping into all of them to understand the nuts and bolts of how they shaped us. The path we are navigating is to distill the context, boil down all of that information into bite size chucks. Morales that we can use in many different ways as we walk
Never complete a negative thought. At times it’s only natural to begin them, but you must never finish them. Our minds work in such a way, where it’s the goal of the mind to turn our thoughts into reality.
